Traditional food getuk (Javanese: gethuk) are snacks (snacks) made with the main ingredient cassava. Getuk are foods that are easily found in Central Java and East Java.

If you want getuk that we should wear white sugar, for the red color using the color green sugar Java while the juice obtained from leaves of Suji.
How to make getuk
1. Yams peeled, then washed and cut into pieces about 5 cm.
2. Boil until cooked cassava. Wind-wind up lost its steam.
Mix the cassava - little Salt - Sugar. Mash until creamed.
3. Coloring if liked.
4. Serve warm with a sprinkling of grated coconut.
Getuk usually served for snacks while drinking tea. One variation is by way of presenting getuk fried.
